Terms of Service and Privacy
These are the Terms and Conditions between Clients, Circle Members, and Katie Kieffer through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC.
These Terms and Conditions define “Client” and “Circle Member” as the person who is using Awakentheinnerlight.com, booking service, and/or payment service to book for the receiving of the services, knowledge, and wisdom of Katie Kieffer through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC.
In these terms and conditions, Katie Kieffer is defined as the service and/or booking provider, practitioner, reader, mentor, and consultant providing services through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC.
Terms and Conditions:
- All Clients and Circle Members must be legally18 years of age or older. All persons and potential clients who are under the legal age of 18 are prohibited from booking sessions or becoming a Circle Member.
- Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC cannot be held liable for any decisions, or the consequences of those decisions made by Clients or Circle Members before, during, or after their scheduled sessions and/or services with Katie Kieffer. Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC cannot be held liable for how the Client or Circle Member interprets or receives the words, time, and/or experiences that are offered to the Client or Circle Member or what the Client or Circle Member chooses to do with those interpretations of Katie Kieffer’s provided services. Clients and Circle Members wholly release Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC from any and all liability for the Client or Circle Member’s interpretations, decisions, actions and the consequences thereof.
- There are no refunds that are available once the Client as booked a session.
- Due to the nature of the services offered, the readings and work begin shortly after services are requested and intake forms are completed. This is to honor of the intensity of the energy of the work and Katie’s ability to navigate that intensity.
- There are no refunds that are available after becoming a Circle Member.
- Due to the nature of the services offered, the readings and work begin shortly after services are requested and intake forms are completed. This is to honor of the intensity of the energy of the work and Katie’s ability to navigate that intensity.
- Because there are no refunds available, Clients have the opportunity to reschedule private sessions up to three times so they are able to received their scheduled service. Rescheduled sessions must result in the Client or Circle Member meeting for the service within 90 days of the originally scheduled date. If the Client or Circle Member fails to meet with Katie Kieffer for their originally purchased service within 90 days, the booking and/or service becomes void and Katie Kieffer retains the full payment made by the Client or Circle Member. To receive future services from Katie Kieffer through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC, the Client or Circle Member must begin the booking process over, providing payment to access the services provided by Katie Kieffer through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC.
- Because there are no refunds available, Circle Members may delay joining until the next Circle opens.
- Delaying joining a Circle: Due to the nature of a group setting that includes highly personalized one-on-one meetings, and understanding that no two Circles will be identical, the Client or Circle Member has the option of joining the next Circle when it opens, or may convert their Circle Membership into a private series of sessions. Converting a Circle Membership into a private series of sessions removes them from all group calls and activities, meeting recordings, and group communications. Should the Client or Circle Member decline joining the next available Circle or converting their Membership to a private session series, the services become void and Katie Kieffer retains the full payment made by the Client or Circle Member.
- All reschedules or Circle Delays must be requested through email with Katie Kieffer using the email support@awakentheinnerlight.com
- Due to the highly personalized nature of the services of Katie Kieffer through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC, services may only be rendered to the original Client or Circle Member. No transfers are allowed.
- Katie Kieffer is not a licensed therapist, doctor, nurse practitioner, nutritionist, or psychologist and is in no way providing therapy, mental health services, diagnoses or any thing of the sort. Services are in no way to be construed or understood as any kind of mental health services. The services provided are intended to be informative and educational for the Client or Circle Member about spiritual systems and concepts, the opinions and hard-learned lessons that come from Katie Kieffer and her studies and experiences on such topics.
- All services and memberships must be paid according to the details provided on the payment pages of respective services and memberships. Should payment options be available directly with Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC, you authorize Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light LLC to charge and take payments according to the set schedule. All declined payments result in removal from services and memberships, and cannot be resumed until payments are made in full.
- Third-party applications such as AfterPay, Klarna, Affirm, Etc. have their own Terms of Service and are unaffiliated with Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC. Choosing to use such a third-party application binds you to their terms of service and privacy policies, which are separate and unaffiliated with Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC.
- All sessions and service deliveries are made through technology. The Client or Circle Member must be able and willing to provide and maintain their own access to technology to access the services of Katie Kieffer through Awaken the Inner Light, LLC at the times services are scheduled and expected to be received.
- As all sessions and service deliveries are made through technology, Clients and Circle Members must provide an active, viable, and monitored email to receive service details, links to the services, and other communications about the services.
- Katie Kieffer has the ability and right to reschedule sessions, Circle Meetings, and services if and when necessary, while doing her best to maintain the integrity of the originally scheduled service with the Client or Circle Member.
PRIVACY
Katie Kieffer and Awaken the Inner Light, LLC value and honor privacy. Your information will never be sold, transferred, or given out by Katie Kieffer or Awaken the Inner Light, LLC.
Confidential, personal, private information that is provided by the Client or Circle Member is used exclusively for the purposes of providing the service(s) requested and will never be sold or used without the Client or Circle Member’s express permission.
Website Use: When you visit Awakentheinnerlight.com, your IP address is automatically logged and anonymized. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Data Privacy:
Awakentheinnerlight.com uses a Cookie Compliance Application that ensures compliance with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PECR requirements. When accessing awakentheinnerlight.com, there is a pop-up in which you can select your desired level of privacy and personalization.
